How do I book a jet ski or jetcar rental?

You can book directly through our online store by selecting your preferred rental option and choosing your pickup date and time at checkout.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a valid driver's license or ID, and wear appropriate clothing for water activities. Life jackets are provided.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.

Do I need experience to rent a jet ski?

No prior experience is necessary. We provide a safety briefing and basic operating instructions before each rental.

What are your operating hours?

We're open daily from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM during peak season. Hours may vary in off-season.

Where do I pick up my rental?

All rentals are picked up at West Bay, in front of Infinity Bay Hotel.

What is the minimum age requirement?

Drivers must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID. Passengers must be at least 5 years old.

For your safety, this experience is NOT recommended if you:

• Are pregnant

• Have back, neck, or spine problems

• Have recent injuries or surgeries

• Have serious heart or medical conditions

Ocean conditions may involve bumps and movement that could cause discomfort or injury.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund per policy.
